  • Escreva a matriz de mudança da base $\mathcal{E} = (\overrightarrow{e}_x,\overrightarrow{e}_y,\overrightarrow{e}_z)$ para a base $\mathcal{F} = (\overrightarrow{f}_x,\overrightarrow{f}_y,\overrightarrow{f}_z)$ e exprima o vetor $\overrightarrow{u} = -4\overrightarrow{f}_x + \overrightarrow{f}_y - \overrightarrow{f}_z$ em função de $\overrightarrow{e}_x$, $\overrightarrow{e}_y$, $\overrightarrow{e}_z$, sabendo que $\overrightarrow{f}_x = -3\overrightarrow{e}_x + \overrightarrow{e}_y + \overrightarrow{e}_z$ e $\overrightarrow{f}_y = \overrightarrow{e}_x - 2\overrightarrow{e}_y + \overrightarrow{e}_z$ e $\overrightarrow{f}_z = \overrightarrow{e}_x + 2\overrightarrow{e}_y$.

Para encontrar a matriz de mudança de base basta escrever uma matriz com as coordenadas de $\overrightarrow{f}_x,\overrightarrow{f}_y,\overrightarrow{f}_z$ na base $\mathcal{E}$ e transpor essa matriz (cuidado! A ordem dos vetores é importante):

Para encontrar as coordenadas do vetor $\overrightarrow{u}$ na base $\mathcal{E}$ basta multiplicar $M_{EF}$ por $\overrightarrow{u}$:

Reultado: $\overrightarrow{u} = 12\overrightarrow{e}_x - 8\overrightarrow{e}_y - 3\overrightarrow{e}_z$

  • Um problema oposto ao anterior: suponha que $\overrightarrow{u} = 12\overrightarrow{e}_x - 8\overrightarrow{e}_y - 3\overrightarrow{e}_z$ seja dado e seja pedido $\overrightarrow{u}$ em função de $\overrightarrow{f}_x$, $\overrightarrow{f}_y$ e $\overrightarrow{f}_z$.

Para fazer isso precisamos calcular a inversa da matriz de mudança de base:
